Order processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. Shipment time is 12-20 business days in average.
At Hazy Trends, we celebrate the act of discovery. We work with small vendors from all over the world to share their products, some of which are shipped directly from our vendors overseas. Due to the nature of the shipping business, delays are often inevitable, therefore our shipping times are guidelines only and specific delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. To track your package you can visit our Tracking Order Page.
Please allow 2 to 4 working days for the tracking information to show.
We offer FREE international shipping for many of our products. In some cases some of our products may be in different country warehouses. Shipping costs may be charged according to the delivery time if you want immediately.
And also, please note that duties and other international shipping charges are non-refundable.
The Status of Order
Check the status of a particular order and view your Order History on the Order Status tracking page under My Account. Please note that the Order History will not be updated until the product(s) have shipped.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Hazy Trends is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Hazy Trends is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
