Our return policy lasts 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. If 14 calendar days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange (exceptional case applicable). If your product is damaged or defective, we will issue an exchange of the same item as soon as possible . Please return your item and reach out to our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm the return.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

– Downloadable software products
– Some health and personal care items
Return the new, unopened items to us within 14 calendar days of delivery.

For any product you purchased from Hazy Trends, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. And also you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund credit.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the email receipt.
Please be considerate when placing your order to choose the correct size, color, etc. of your product to avoid any returns for exchanges.
Due to the custom made nature of some of our handmade products we can not accept returns/exchanges or offer refunds for any handmade item.
Cannot accept returns via rejected or refused packages, abandoned packages, and packages returned outside of the designated return process (Please see above for designated return process).
Once your return demand is inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
