When will my order ship?

Here’s how it works: after you order, we process, then your package ships.

Once you place your order, processing typically takes about 1-3 business days, but processing times can vary depending on how many orders we receive. Orders with 2-Day or Next Day shipping go out the same day if placed before 12 pm et. During major sales and special product releases, order processing can take 2-7 business days (not including weekends or holidays), and we may not be able to offer expedited shipping. When your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking link (it can take up to 48-72 hours to update).

How can i find the status of my order?

Check the status of a particular order and view your Order History on the Order Status tracking page under My Account. Please note that the Order History will not be updated until the product(s) have shipped.


How do ı place an order?

Please, if your item comes in different sizes or colors, carefully choose your correct size or color choice before clicking “Add to Cart”.

You will then be directed to our Cart page where you can review your item(s) and proceed to Enter Shipping Address to process your order.

Can ı purchase multiple products in a single order?

Yes!  You can choose as many item(s) as you want, just click “Add to Cart” and go back to the product page you are interested in and click “Add to Cart” on that item as well before proceeding to “Enter Shipping Address” to finalize your order.

Can ı ship the products to an address that does not match my billing address?

Yes, definitely!  During the checkout process you are able to enter any shipping address and specify a different billing address.

How do ı know that my order is confirmed?

After placing your order you should receive an email confirming your order and tracking information.

Which payment methods do you accept?

You can pay with PayPal or Credit / Debit Card.

How do ı apply a promo code?

Promo codes can be applied to your order during checkout, in the Order Summary section. Promo codes have expiration dates. If you have two valid codes you want to use, you’ll need to pick a fave—you can only use one at a time.

Customs, duties and taxes

Hazy Trends is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Can ı cancel my order?

To serve you better, Hazy Trends will begin to process your order immediately after it has been submitted, and we are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been placed. If there is an issue with your order, mail us immediately at


Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer FREE international shipping for many of our products. In some cases some of our products may be in different country warehouses. Shipping costs may be charged according to the delivery time if you want immediately.

And also, please note that duties and other international shipping charges are non-refundable.

When will my order ship?

Please note that we require 2 to 3 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it.  Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible!  Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time is between 12 to 20 business days. Also, please note that delivery times can increase depending on where you live.

Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email after your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). You can track your order with this track code.

How can ı find the status of my order?

Where do you ship?

We provide free worldwide shipping to over 200 countries & regions.

And also we do not currently ship to the following countries: Bonaire, Congo, DRC, Ghana, Iraq, North Korea, Peru, Sint Eustatius and Saba, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, United States Minor Outlying Islands, Yemen, and Zimbabwe.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the USA?

We sure do! However, we are not responsible for customs charges. Customs may charge their own fees which are not associated with our shipping cost. They are their own entity and reserve the right to charge as they see fit.

What if ı didn’t receive my order after 12-20 business days from the moment of getting the shipment notification?

No worries – slight delays in shipment may occur due to, for example, upcoming or current holidays that are not working days of post and delivery services. And also, keep in mind that it might take a considerable time for the customs of your country to check your package.
